Starting out as just a military veteran with a  fresh Bachelor's Degree from USF in 2010, there were limited career  options shortly after the recession. Looking back, it was the best time  to launch my career into a field that was going to draw out "the why".  Through intensive sales and recruitment training early at Robert Half,  then taking the next leap into branch management with Spherion, the  staffing industry brought forth a passion for helping others find  careers, increasing the size and profitability of markets, and growing  teams while enabling those around to succeed. After successfully  maximizing the branch and local market potential, it was time to expand  to the Regional Vice President role assuming control of the entire  Central Florida market. Three branches, 2 On-Sites, a Direct Hire  Division, and the internal Marketing department are all under the  management of the new role. After just 2 short years in the RVP  capacity, an minority equity partnership was offered and the expanse of  the RVP role quickly emerged into Executive Leadership. Three years  later an opportunity was presented to sell the equity stake in the  business and dedicate some much-needed time home with a young new  family. "Cherish this time, in a moment it's gone." Now, a year later,  I'm looking to take my passion for growing teams, maximizing business  potential, and ready to dive back into "the why".
