  3. Your Florida Metro Realty agent will help you locate properties that fit your "Buy Box."  View / conduct due diligence on properties that you may want to purchase.     
  4. Your Florida Metro Realty agent will help you negotiate/write offers.     
  5. Your Florida Metro Realty agent will help schedule home/termite inspections     
  6. We'll negotiate repair/credit requests on your behalf.     
  7. Perform final walk through of your new investment asset.     
  8. Proceed to closing and let Florida Metro Realty & All County help you make money by managing the new property!
